Daulbert on the Web
-
The Daulbert rule is one that controls what evidence is sufficiently scientific to be admitted into court. You would use a Daulbert argument to exclude, say, vocational testimony as lacking a sufficient scientific basis, if the expert cannot show the data that underlie his conclusions. These are difficult and controversial arguments, but important ones. It is a great site; the low star ranking is because it is only relevant in a select few Social Security cases.
